The BPO recruitment process in the Philippines was never easy. Outsourcing companies have to dive in a sea of potential agents that are willing to work for the company. The tough part is going through the candidate's applications one by one just to find the person for the job. As many business process outsourcing companies struggle in finding the right applicant for their job openings, the people behind their recruitment team should come up with ways that can make their jobs a lot easier. With so many fishes in the sea waiting for employment, their job as a recruiter has never been harder. They have to go over every applicant's resume and assess if the candidate qualifies for the job.
