For Butt’s client, their project’s call to action emphasizes that no employee is allowed to feel and behave like a zombie within their workplace. Chris Butt’s Quest in the Philippines As Butt work on building surf resorts in La Union and office space for outsourcing companies, he used it as an edge to easily understand what a millennial workspace should look like. His other BPO projects featured the so-called “Taxi Corner Cozy Corner” that is being cushioned with bean bags for a chill working session as they pass their busy working schedule. The great Figari design reflects not only “zeitgeist of the time” but they also incorporate it with the elements of nature and bamboo. As Butt himself witnessed the mindset on real estate industry he encourages his clients to aim for a working environment that creates spaces for creativity, reflection and problem-solving. International Recognition Butt’s unusual designing office space has caught the attention of major international brands. Today, they are building nine facilities at Bonifacio Global City and Makati. Not only that is also working at 1700 seats in Manila but they are not yet penetrating Visayas and Mindanao due to Martial Law that’s taking place in Mindanao. With the rampant success of BPO and Figari attracting more clients, Butt confesses that half of their business heart remains in the Philippines and the heart is spread all over the world.
